Ingredients

Steps

1

Put eggs in a large pot.

2

Add water to the pot.

3

Heat the water until it boils.

4

Once boiling, turn off the heat, cover, and leave eggs in pot for 18 minutes.

5

Add cold water to cool the eggs.

6

Peel the eggs.

7

Cut the eggs in half long ways.

8

Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, without breaking the egg white.

9

Mash the egg yolks into a fine powder.

10

Season the egg yolks with salt and pepper.

11

Add mayo and a little bit of mustard until you have a smooth, creamy mixture.

12

Use a zip loc bag and piping tips to make a makeshift piping bag, or buy piping bag and use that.

13

Add egg yolk mixture into the piping bag.

14

Carefully pipe swirls of the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites.

15

Sprinkle a little bit of paprika on top of the eggs.

16

Enjoy!
