Note: When doubling recipe, use only 3 eggs. Gather 2 bowls. In one bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, and salt. In the other bowl, mix/blend the milk and eggs. Add the dry mixture little by little. Continue blending. Add the water little by little. Also add a splash of pure vanilla extract if you wish. Lastly, add the melted butter.

Heat the pan, must be very hot.

Blend until mixture is not too dry and not too liquid. It should flow in the pan. Scoop some of the mixture into the pan and form the crepe by moving the pan around. Turn over once it has a light tan color. Enjoy!
